Down traps air and forms a soft insulating layer, while feathers provide more structured support. This 85/15 blend offers a good balance between softness and support, unlike a foam or synthetic-fibre pillow, which flattens faster and breathes less well.
How to choose your pillow by sleep position
You sleep on your side: you generally need a pillow with enough height to fill the gap between your head and the mattress. A more generous size like the 80x80 cm can suit you if you want more volume.
You sleep on your back: a standard size, like the 50x70 cm, generally offers a good balance between comfort and support.
